FAQs about my Sawtry Foot Clinic
Firstly, a two minute fungal test can be carried out to confirm if the nail is infected. There are many products available for fungal nails, the key ingredient when treating fungal infections is Terbinafine. I can diagnose nail infections and determine the best treatment for you.
Free off-street parking, card payments accepted, on-site toilet facilities.
For Biomechanical Assessments I use a 3D foot scan to assist me with detecting any foot abnormalities. A fully customised orthotic (insole) can then be produced for your feet to assist with any pain or functional problems.
I also use this tool for Diabetic Foot Assessments to determine areas of pressure being applied to the feet which may cause issues in the future. Other tools such as a doppler are also used to assess the pulses in the feet.
I treat a variety of foot problems ranging from routine podiatry care to general nail care, corns, callouses and verrucae. From fungal nails to dealing with in-grown toenails and foot, heel and ankle pain.
Remember you don’t just have to see a podiatrist if you are having problems. I see many patients who attend regularly for maintenance so they can walk, run and get on with their day-to-day activities much better. It is also advisable to detect any issue with the feet sooner rather than later.
It’s me, myself and I – I am the podiatrist you will see!
